New York City!

The end of October we went to New York City to visit Klint's brother, Kris, who lives in Brooklyn with his family. Klint wanted to EAT and be touristy, so that's what we did! Out of the 5 times I've visited New York City this was by far the best. It's much nicer visiting the city when you are staying with family whom you love and who know the city so can tell you what Subway to take and where to go. Plus we got to celebrate Halloween in downtown Manhattan with the other 2.5 million people it was incredible! I've never seen so many people dressed up for Halloween I saw the craziest, most creative, nastiest, and funniest costumes! And you know how much I love Halloween. I liked being on the subway in costume. Thanks Kris & Nicole for letting us stay with you!

More from Family Halloween Party!

Family Halloween Party 10.25.08

Family HALLOWEEN Party!!!

As you know Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday! Because I love dressing up and I love candy! I look forward to Mom's Family Halloween Party every year. Everyone looked great!....Klint is nagging me to pack right now so I only have a second, but here are some pictures (I'll add the rest when we get back from New York). If you can't tell I am the school lunch lady and Klint is the janitor! Delores and Oscar have been dating for 20 years, but have never married. We're kind of old and dumb and annoying, and I don't know where we got our accents but they're old and almost Southerny for some reason?! It just came out. Yay for Halloween!

Carl was the rat we found at the school, but we decided not to spray him black!

Carvin Pumpkins and fishin

UPDATE: We came home from NYC November 2nd to my pumpkin looking even sadder!!
Friday night we had dinner with Klint's sister, Teri, where we had a lovely dinner followed by pumpkin carving. I loved Teri's open mouthed pumpkin and Klint liked my depressed pumpkin!

Saturday Carl and I went fishing with Klint on the Provo river where Carl proceeded to eat something that made him dry heave all night...poor thing!
