Thank you for your wonderful example to me, thank you for raising me in this glorious Gospel, thank you for giving me life, teaching me and for putting up with me over the years, thank you for your kindness, thank you for who you are, and thank you for your love! I hope you have a fabulous birthday. We love you!

I think she looks like Julie Andrews here back in the Sound of Music days!
Mom is my age here so pretty, looks like we both liked green!
And if you ever wondered why I love dressing up so much.... well, it's genetic!
I realized now that I ripped off Mom's Patriotic Costume ha ha although she outdid me with the hair and red eyebrows!!!

Happy 50th Birthday Bono!

Yes, it's Bono's 50th birthday today! So I do like Bono, but the "1992" Bono is my favorite Bono, he was so darn hot. So Happy Birthday to the man I've listened to most in my life ha ha ha!
(And Happy Birthday yesterday to Dave Gahan from Depeche Mode who is the man I've listened to second most!)

Klint came to Kaua'i 5 years ago today!

5 years ago today my sweetheart came out to Kaua'i, Hawai'i where I was living and surprised me! We had only dated for a few weeks before I left to Hawaii for 6 months. I recently read some of my journal entries to Klint from that time and I sure loved that boy! I forgot how presumtuous I was I wrote in my journal that I knew I was going to marry him pretty quick into our relationship! It's so fun to go back and read text messages, instant message conversations, and my journal from when we were apart - Klint was so darn sweet! I can't believe how fast time flies 5 years really?!

Me being really weird after seeing Klint!....Every beach I would go to I would write in the sand "I love Klint" so when Klint surprised me had had written in the sand: ......

Waimea Canyon "The Grand Canyon of the Pacific!"

Lawa'i Tropical Botanical Gardens - where parts of Jurassic Park was filmed

Getting ready to go Spear-fishing! (Look how skinny Klint was... so cute!!!)

While we were snorkeling looking for fish we found this giant sea turtle and named him "Nelson" he was so cool! Only later we found that it's illegal to touch the turtles punishable by a $10,000 fine! But what a fun experience
"Nelson" taking us on a fun under-water ride that turtle was strong!
Steve, from my ward, was so nice to take us spearfishing. Klint speared one fish, but it swam away with a hole through its body! Steve came back with the craziest-looking fish and crab!
Klint doing sand drawings. Klint did the "hang loose" sign a hundred times!
Lumahai Beach as seen in the movie "South Pacific!"
